We also understand that sometimes you just need a “ball-park” idea of what your costs will be.  The pricing guide below is just that, a ballpark.

Chip Timing is more affordable than you think.  For Running Events Using the Disposable race|result  BibTag Timing System


$1750 minimum timing fee for non-profit 5K event. Covers first 250 participants. For-profit events start at $2250.00

Pre-Registered: $2.75 per participant over 250 + $2.75 for the disposable timing chip and race bib

Race Day Registrants: $3.50 per participant + $2.50 for the disposable timing chip and race bib

For races with less than 250 or greater than 1000 participants, please Contact Us for a more refined quote

Travel in excess of 50 miles from zip code 21901 will be billed at $.64per mile, round-trip

Split-timing is available for $500.00 per station

Mile-clock rentals are available for $199.00 each (subject to availability)

The prices listed above are for basic out-and-back races of less than a half-marathon in length.  All prices include a disposable race|result/BibTag Chip, a Race Bib, and all of our basic race services listed on our Race Timing Page.
